Project Manager leading the planning & implementation of GCSA’s 50th anniversary
- 50th anniversary
- Strongly lead the plan (content and milestones), align stakeholders & get sign off
- Strong collaboration with Marketing and Corporate team members to input the plan
- Work out a detailed budget for the plan and get it approved
- Work with agencies to bring the plan to life
- Period: as from now – end May
- Support to broader marketing team (3 innovation launches happening at same time, strong return with Malta & Guinness in Q3 planned): Malta & Guinness as well as our innovations are planned to be activated under the 50th anniversary umbrella, hence there is a lot of finetuning needed that makes all plans be perceived as one by our consumers
- Build a strong communication plan ensuring all brand messages link back to the 50th anniversary
- Work with agencies and GBTs to get required assets available and approved
- Work with Media Manager to bring the communication to life
