Key Accountabilities:
- Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
- Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview
- Responsible for the staff’s entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes
- Responsible for employee’s salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment
Qualifications and experience :
- Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- Over 5 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management
- Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies;
- Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work;
- Recognition of TRANSSION’S culture;
Capabilities and Skills :
- Ability to solve problems;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Good analytical skills;
- Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;
- Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
