One Chief Marketing Officer (DM 004)
Mission
You will :
- Be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
- “Listening” to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company,
- You will liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demand.
Requirements
- You are a Cameroonian holder of a University degree with proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role during which you developed efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.).
- You have a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods and the ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
- You are a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
- You are bilingual French/English
The remuneration is attractive with fix and variable salary plus benefits.
